Blue tubes?

Does anyone know what the hell " blue tubes " that bend and twist, sort of like

" silly straws " (that kids use to drink with) are?

 

I was at WalMart, and I saw some guys, and at least one of them had medium blue

and also " clear " or " translucent " things in their aura, around and above

shoulder level, that looked like " bending tubes " that were about the diameter of

a wide straw, and were away from the head area (ie, did NOT look like " medusa "

energies or " snakes " from the head).

 

Where do they come from? What do they mean? Does the color mean anything in

particular? Or not?
