Fairly common and easy to fix. It sounds like it's postural vertigo. So, do the following. 1. hear the alarm, and turn it off. Stay in bed. 2. Do the belly button-3rd eye hook up. Hold for a minute, or until you make a sigh. Deep breaths in through your nose, exhale through your mouth. 3. Stretch out your stomach with your hands so that you are doing a semi-belt flow drill. Stretch your body like a cat. 4. Sit up on the edge of the bed. 5. Stretch your neck with both hands, front and back. 6. Do the Head and Neck Rolls, a complete set. 7. Hold the front and back of the head neurovasculars for about 30- 60 seconds. 8. Go ahead and get up, and drink a glass of warm water. You now should be just fine. Then is the time to do your " energy shower routine " . Let me know what you notice.
