Time Change/Jet lag ?????

Hi Alex

 

You’ve got it. Today is a perfect day for Meridian Flow Wheel. Just like jet lag your body is dealing with a time change. It works best by tracing them before you go to bed at what ever time that is and then when you awaken at the new time. If you just go ahead and do it now at the current time, it will still be helpful. I suggest to my patients to do it before and after bed for 2-3 nights when there is a time change and the body will easily adjust and you won’t feel that “jet lag” sensation. The spoon and other things are also helpful.

My life style is so nice.

 

I just sleep in until my energies are flowing naturally, and then

get up out of bed, feeling fine, feeling better than before, knowing

that it's a going to be a real productive day, no matter what time

it is or where I'm at.

 

Even on a plane, I have a strategy where I fall asleep with a

preconditioning to have my energies regulate properly so that when I

wake up, " I'll wake up feeling fine, feeling better than before, and

it is so! "

 

I normally wake up just before it lands.

 

Then when I hit ground I do the basic 5, plus Connecting between

Heaven and Earth.

 

One heck of a winning combination...beliefs, preconditions, self-

hypnosis, and the basic 5.
