I know heart on a stick and assume it's a radiant circuit, but if there was a clear description of it in the many emails, I missed it. Can't find anything by that name in Donna's or David's books. It's the Front Bridge Circuit, and the part around the heart, resembles to me, CareBear Hearts, so people just started calling it that.
