Goldstone, Ametrine & Irradiated stones

I don't blame you for wanting to " go on and on " (and I don't think you were)

about this. I know that it is a very sensitive subject for some people (not so

for me, only because crystals are mainly a hobby to me, not an integral part of

my life).

 

I certainly don't like to find out that what I've purchased isn't what I thought

it was. I'm sure a lot of mine are treated in some way, too--considering the

stores I used to buy them from. I still deal with a couple of online

stores--but I've come to trust the owners, and notice that their stones have a

lot more energy than some I've gotten at " mass market " places.

 

The last purchase I made at eBay was for a bag of unpolished stones. Since I

don't know much about the treatment processes, is it (in your experience) that

most of the treated stones are sold polished? It seems to me that treating a

stone, and then not polishing it, would be a waste of time--since it probably

wouldn't be a stone bought/used for " beauty purposes " (i.e. mainly to look at).

I believe that both elements are at play. The stones have an inherent

energy about them and that energy connects with our energy and

establishes a resonance. That resonance is what we experience when we

work with the stones, in my opinion.

clay but, I like it.

The red clay is deeply healing and a very powerful presence in and of

itself. The red earth in that area contains some exceptional energies

for us and a quartz crystal with the red earth encrusted on it is a

very, very special treasure indeed! What a blessing it is to have one

in your family of stones.
