Guest guest
Peggy You might try contacting Groups Customer Service and make them aware of your problem and contact your Internet Service provider and advise them you are back online and would like the auto responder feature turned off again. Guest guest
If you are " bouncing " , for this group, or any other that you own and manage solely, you can join under a new (freebie) address, then go into your manager ID to make your freebie addy a moderator, then unsub under your regular addy and resub with it. It's a huge pain, believe me, I have had to do it! If you're not " bouncing " , then I don't have any ideas on how to fix it--sorry. It's the only way for bouncing managers to reset themselves, apparently. I had the same trouble recently and refused to answer my e-mails, they kept sending me the FAQ page on how to unbounce myself, but there was no " unbounce " button next to my name when I looked it up on the group page (this is their remedy). I signed into yesterday, and the notification above the groups names on " My Groups " page said I had one bouncing address (again!). This time, I was given the option to unbounce myself right then and there. They sent me an e-mail that I had to reply to, and I was reset. I'm guessing that you dont' have that kind of notification on your " My Groups " page, though--you probably would have seen it already. Sorry, wish I could be of more help! Blessings to you and yours, Ahreinya
Guest guest
This happened to me... or something similar. I created a new address, and changed " ownership " to that new address. Then unsubbed and resubbed with my regular address and transferred ownership back again. I am keeping that new address plus a third on my accounts " just in case " .... Guest guest
Peggy: Also, sometimes on , it takes a little cosmic minute for the address to " take " and then all seems fine. It could be that as well...
