Guest guest Posted July 3, 2005 Report Share Posted July 3, 2005 hiyas Michele for anxiety you can use pink chalsedony and or opal, though I have used smokey quartz, garnet, moonstone, rose quartz, rutilated quartz and amethyst together in various forms together and they helped I have chip strands of most of my stones and when I had the hardest time i had moonstone smokey and rutlated quartz and garnet that I wore together and I would carry rose quartz and amethyst. for depression you can use these too theyre all balancing some others that are good for depression too citrine, diamond, sesparite garnet, kunzite, saphire, sunstone , watermellon tourmaline. make sure the person being affected by depression is eating a good diet low in processed sugars, NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS, and is getting enough water, these all help combat anxiety and depression.
