Doc did more for me in 1 1/2 hours than the bone cracker did in two years

Doc did the same thing with me. He did more for me in 1 1/2 hours

than the bone cracker did in two years

 

I'd had cronic pain in my left hip, running down my left leg. It got

so bad that I had to lift my leg into the car with my hands. I could

no longer squat to the floor, or get on my knees. I no longer could

sit in a chair. I'd fall into a chair.

 

I went to a bone cracker for two years and nothing worked. I spent a

lot of money and I was in more pain than when I started. He was a

nice man but it didn't work for me.

 

doc showed me a drill with a chair to get my vertabra that was

causing my scatica, so they'd move back into place. He didn't twist

and torque my body. He just had me lay on the floor a certain way

for 15 minutes. Then he put a 1/2 inch book under my hips. He told

me to clasp my hands over my stomach, take a deep breath and push my

back into the floor.

 

I heard this loud 'clunk' and I felt my back release and go into

place.

 

Then he held some points of my feet by the bottom of the big toe and

wrist (some I forget). When he finished my pain was gone. My strength in my hip

and leg was back. I could even do a deep knee bend, something I'd not done for

five years.

 

Then he gave me 9 drills I needed to do twice a day just to teach my

body the new energy alignment habits. Ones that would strengthen my

bones, my hips, and improve my balance and flexibility.

 

I thought it was a miracle. He just grinned and told me to thank

Donna Eden since she'd taught him most of what he'd used on me.
