The thread is sure getting weird. Go to the dentist if tapping it out doesnt' work. I do know that many people get a toothache, and it is NOT the tooth, but the stomach...or the colon being full...or sinuses...or something else. When my teeth hurt (a rare thing) it is usually that I need to stop eating certain foods that become like glue in my large intestine, and I need to 'move' it. If the tooth is cracked, that is a different story. If the tooth has obvious decay, that is a different story. If the tooth needs filling, or a root canal, that is different than a simple 'pain' issue. Go get an X-ray and find out for sure. Then YOU will know exactly what method to use on what particular situation. John La Tourrette, PhD PS. In Aug, the day before the group of us leaving for Europe, I had a bridge fall out while eating lunch. No pain. I called up the dentist. Went right in. Still no pain. He fiddled with both teeth anchors and asked, " any pain? " I say, " no pain " . His reply, " interesting " . " There should be pain " I said, " can you fix it right now, I leave for Europe at 5 am " . He said, " it'll take 2 hours " . My reply, " I have two hours right now " . He fixed it.
