No you don't. You just think what you " see " in your head should be

better.

 

Which is just NOT necessary!

 

What color is your car?

If you can answer that, then you can " see " quite well, at least well

enough.

 

You just have a very logical type mind, a mind that is a

perfectionist...

 

For more visual training, just do the drills along with the

cd's...the visual drills.

 

The main POINT OF IMPORTANCE is not the visual skills, BUT THE

BRIDGING OF CONSCIOUS MIND AND UNCONSCIOUS MINDS during the

alpha/theta conditioning drills.

Yes, for the first 10 times or so, just listen along with the cd and

do the drills.

 

After awhile, those conditioning cycles will become unconscious and

automatic, THEN when you think, 3-3-3, you'll go into a state of

physical relaxation...

 

....when you think, 2-2-2, you'll go into a state of mental

relaxtion...

It seems to me that your English is very good, and that shouldn't be

a problem...

 

If you " think " it might be, then just transcribe the " Centering "

drill into Spanish, and then talk into a tape recorder, putting the

Spanish version on tape, then use that version.
