Guest guest
Here's a theory I've been kicking around for a while, and the more I think about it, the more information, corroborating research, etc, " mysteriously " appears to further the theory and the workings, thereof. I ask for your input, thoughts, discussions, etc as you all see fit. The first point to consider is this: Can one describe time without using terminology that is inherently time-based? What exactly are we measuring when we measure time? The movement of stars, moons, planetary rotation? Are we truly measuring time itself? The second point to consider after considering the first is simply " Does time really exist, or is it a human creation given to give us a frame of reference? " If time cannot be described without using time terminology, and cannot reliably be measured (SR-71 testing proved that speed can effect nuclear " time " pieces " ) then does time truly exist? Is time an illusion? So my theory is simply that we are concious awareness moving through a matrix of alternate realities. We know that the possibility of coexisting alternate universes is there, especially in energy work. So, let us suppose that, should time not exist, and instead, we find ourselves flowing through a possibility matrix, then that matrix may be conciously effected. Take for example instant healings. Could it be that through our energy and thoughts, we are simply moving our reality from one of pain and injury to one where said pain and energy simply never happened? When we put a mental image out into the ether with the expectation that it come true, are we not telling our very own conciousness which way to go? Could it be that the very effectiveness of simply having a goal is that it gives our conciousness a guidepost to shoot for in the vast possibilities available in the infinite amount of alternate realities? There's much more to this theory, of course, but let's discuss the first level of possibility. What could something like this mean on the energetic level? Why would this be at all important? What could we do to utilize it? Chad Rushing The chickpea... Neither a chick, nor a pea. Discuss.
