Which reminds me that I do my daily energy routine, plus some added EM exercises that I personally like to do--- like the radiant energies exercises---and find beneficial to keep my energies balanced and functioning properly. So there's some general maintenence involved, though minimal effort and time required. Small price to pay to feel my best.
