overactive foot chakras

this is a copy of a post that i sent to anopther list & just wondered

if anyone on this list might have any suggestions or ideas.

I was hoping someone on the list could help me. practically every

night I find my foot chakras going like mad (spinning, itching, almost

painful to the point of driving me mad). this weird feeling wakes me

up several times during the night & is especially dominant if i have

reikied myself just before going to bed. I have tried shutting them

down (closing them up - both with the flower method & the red ribbon)

that seems to work for awhile & then they start up again. believe me,

if I didn't know that it is just my chakras i would be going to a

neurologist.

does anyone have any experience with this & PLEASE, i need any

suggestions & info that you might be able to give me.
