Okay,

 

I use the 'find the root meaning meditation'.

 

Step 1, you write out the dream.

 

Step 2, you go back to level using the Physical Relaxation anchors,

the Mental Relaxtion anchors, the body scan and the 10-1 countdown...

 

Step 3, you, when at theta, count down with segment intending, " I'm

going to count from 1-2-3, and on the count of 3 I'll know what the

root meaning of dream xxx was in a way that I (conscious mind) can

understand...1...2...3...I am now getting the awareness to

understand what dream xxx means in a way I can understand... "

 

Step 4, stay in that space of segment intending in a relaxed mind

and let the superconscious mind bridge that gap of communication

while it gives you the MEANINGS in a way that you can consciously

understant.

 

One time I had a dream that the world had ended. And I was scared.

So I went to level and did the above drill. The answer that came

back instantly, " It's NOT your dream. You are just picking up

someone else's dream " , and that fear left me.

 

Another time I did a " wake up " routine, and I had a dream that I was

going to be murdered in my sleep, so I woke up in a panic, grabbed

my gun, and did a room by room search. Looking at the clock I

noticed I'd awakened exactly at the time I'd set my mental alarm

clock.

 

So I went to level, did the above drill and asked what the dream

meant in a way I could understand. The answer that came back

immediately was, " you wanted to get up at xx o'clock, and I couldn't

wake you up peacefully because you wouldn't pay attention. So I woke

you up with a dream that would wake you up " .

 

Enough said.
