Some things that will really help hips are...

 

1. Sedate Triple warmer, strengthen spleen.

 

2. Sedate Circulation Sex meridian.

 

3. Do isometrics for the hips from the circulation sex energy test

position.

 

As they push in, you push out. Then move the let farther out.

Continue doing this uptil you are all the way out. Do both legs.
