Hold the navel with one hand and rub below the collarbone/breast bone junctions (K27) with the other hand. Switch hands and repeat. > b. Hold the navel and rub just above the center of the upper lips and the just below the center of the lower lips (endpoints of Central and Governing). Change hands and repeat. > c. Hold the navel and rub the tailbone. Change hands and repeat. > Zip-ups Yes, I found these to be very important also... ....especially the part you mentioned about scars on the mid-line that might interfer with the 3 basic hook-ups mentioned above. I had a small operation for a mid-line hernia several years back, and none of the regular hook-ups worked for me... ....UNLESS I first stretched the entire stomach area... ....and then when I do the basic hook-up, belly button and third eye, I need to push in and DOWN on the belly button area, and NOT " in and up " as is the recommend method. It took me about 3 years to figure that one out. Also the part about clearing the chakras first BEFORE the hook ups. Something else, for me, is very important, and that is the neurolymphatic reflex pt massage where both arms are connected to the body. Digging in deep does help the strength of the Central Meridian (collector vessels for the front chakras) tremendously. Sincerely,
