Guest guest
<Snipped> To me, having done it and knowing others that have successfully done it, I would suggest you use a method of meditation that can be effectively MEASURED... _______ Measured Meditation. I guess this is the crux of the problem. From what I have found it is quite difficult to measure states of mediation. Even EEG measurements have to be interpreted correctly and without bias to obtain " Measurements " . The most detailed information that I have been able to find is still from Anna Wise. She describes the differences between Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta. She does not go into Gamma or what could be above that. My mediation technique is to first arrive into a state of trance. Relaxation, deep breathing etc. Not really deep but flexible. Then from here begin the command to Delta. The visualization is falling down a hole. Then into the golden pulsating state of effortless relaxation, Then even deeper while I let the golden pulsating visualization go black achieving a state of clear alertness. Then while still holding this stateThen I begin to go upward to Gamma. The feeling is a pulling on my crown chakra into a silver tingling full body sensation. From here I make the final command to " Awake " The experience is that I have enlivened both sides of consciousness, delta to Gamma then awakened them to a state of unity, awareness and potential. From here I make the intention. I researched your 11 Step manifesting process and posted it below. I will incorporate the ideas that you mentioned. ____________ ....and from the REAL theta, do the " intention " . Then again, knowing how to access REAL INTENTION, versus a memory, is VERY important. Think " Anchoring " . Think " STACKING & ENERGIZING A POSITIVE EMOTION " and then achoring it. _________________ This part of you post was very insightful. It opened up my understanding of NLP and working in consciousness. I agree that the Idea of REAL INTENTION is often elusive. Ones conscious mind is the tip of the iceberg of their consciousness and it depends upon the with their subconscious mind. When is using his Conscious Awareness to develop their Subconscious Processes it easy leads to all sorts of mixed motivations. ANCHORING: Anchoring seems to be creating a simple action that one trains to instantly transform ones state of awareness. A Simple Anchoring Process: The simple action is tapping the space between the fourth and fifth finger. This immediately stimulates the Ripple Warmer Circuit and meridian. The continued training of the Anchor is to tap the same place on both hands, tap below the ears do a Zip Up, Stand in a ready pose, knees slightly bent arms down at sides finger stretching slightly outward, open ones awareness, let the eyes take a soft gaze and " See " hear and feel what is going on around you 360 degrees above and below. Then one simply recalls the Anchor or whole process when they tap between their fourth and fifth fingers. Another idea of an anchor is any Noun. Every Noun that comes to mind draws with it a subconscious understanding of that thing in whatever way the subsciousness has been taught and is efficient. Think " Boat " you pull forth " Boat consciousness " . In whatever way your subconsciousness accesses the information most quickly. Then think " Sail Boat " The experience changes as the anchor changes. Another form of Anchor seems to be trauma. When we experience Trauma we Anchor all the emotions to it that we experienced at the time and over time as it is reevaluated. When I think Car Wreck, I think of the scars on my face and pull forth the emotions associated with that event. STACKING: Stacking seems to be the process continually enlivening the energies associated with an anchor. When you hear Bob has red hair once you probably think great, so does Peter. But when you again hear Bob died his long hair raspberry red and cut it into a mohawk the idea is much more enlivened. When setting an Anchor we can just tap the tripple warmer point between the fourth and fifth finger, or we can stack the experience by also touching below the ears trace the meridian, and imagine ourselves focusing on a point. This process will STACK the anchor with intention. Trauma is often also STACKED with intention. If when we recall the time our father yelled at us after we skinned our knee, every time we think of our father, then this Stacked Trauma will continue to be held and cause disappointment with our relationship with our father. If we release this through a Six Step Reframe or the like we remove this trauma from our lives. This brings us back to our idea of INTENTION. Often we carry so many previously stacked anchors in our lives that it is difficult to clearly describe our pure intention from the memories and stacked anchors of Abuse or limited awareness. Then when we take this same consciousness into our subconsciousness to create transformation it seems to have the potential for strange feedback loops. ____________________ > Plan on continuing the effort. The pH paper is not very sensitive. Probably should get an accurate pH meter and work with >distilled water, sensitize a sacred space, program a device with the >intention, monitor my state of mind and relaxation through >biofeedback and neurofeedback equipment, etc..... Hmmmmmmm...... Good suggestions. > Any other suggestions for this extremely low tech experiment that really don't hit the pocketbook and perhaps others could reproduce? Sure, instead of doing 'experiments' do 'manifestation' that has the entire 11 step process in it. That will actually motivate you on a subconscious level and the real 'intention' will come to the fore, IF there are no negative tag ends. ___________________ The Doc. John La Tourrette, Ph.D 11 Step Manifestation Process: (from previous post) Eleven Specific steps and rules for meditation. 1. Learn how to consciously go to theta brain wave level. 2. Have a reason to go there. 3. Know how to verbalize and visualize what you want " as if " it is so. 4. Have an anchoring sequence set up so that you can get there fast. 5. Have a body relaxation sequence. 6. Have a deepening sequence. 7. While deep in the inner mind have a sanctuary set up where you can go to work on projects and leave all distractions outside. 8. Have a " segment intending " set up so that you can work on many projects one after the other and keep all projects clean. 9. Have a feedback method while inside that sanctuary, so you " KNOW " that what you worked on is VALID and VERIFIABLE. 10. Have a " thank you " process set up. 11. Have a " bring back " method that brings you back to WIDE AWAKE, FEELING FINE, FEELING BETTER THAN BEFORE, and it is SO! ______ This process is well thought out and I can see its validity. TH shares similar a similar process. For me, there seems to be something that is disempowering about manifesting a " Thing " The idea is based on the person who wants to win the Lottery, so they sit down and consciously going through a process to win the Lottery and how great they feel when all of their financial needs are taken care of. This is the lie. Not taking responsibility for yourself and hoping to achieve something without really changing or doing anything. I feel that manifesting for ability, information, insight, creativity, motivation and clarity all are honorable processes. Perhaps manifesting a thing or things that are necessary to help you in your endeavors is also honorable. But I feel that manifesting a thing in order to deny responsibility is disempowering and self destructive. ___ For example " YOUTH MAGIC " is quite exciting to do and to get good feedback on. I might release that soon. It's tremendously exciting to see the great and positive results that some are getting. John La Tourrette, PhD ___ Looking forward to YOUTH MAGIC. Most of this post is ideas that I have learned since I joined. Corrections, editing or further insights appreciated Thanks for your insight. Will continue to post in reference to working with pH.
