Guest guest
I liked your note. I once witnessed a young man at a Renaissance Fair who was desperately looking for a certain crystal. He was literally in a panic, hysterical. He believed his power rested in a crystal of the same type that he had lost, and that if he didn't replace it NOW he was in great peril. When I was standing close to him I gently suggested that the magic of the crystal was still within him and would never leave him, that he had time to try to replace it without panic. (He wasn't ready to believe that he needn't replace it at all) His training wheel had become a trap. But I think my suggestion took down the panic a notch or two.
