Guest guest
Question on carbonation, Doc. I just love my seltzer maker and seltzer water. What are the negative effects of carbonation? (Do I really wanna know?!) Many blessings, Misha I suggest you drink lots of water (more than 8 glasses a day) and stay away from carbonated drinks. What are the negative effects of carbonation? (Do I >really wanna know?!) I love them also Misha. And I drank quite a few of them when in Europe last summer until I noticed something after the first few. There better be a toilet close by and open because in 10 minutes my colon evacuates. I was actually referencing Coke or Pepsi or that type of carbonated drink. The type of drinks that rot meat in a few hours. Sincerely, John La Tourrette, PhD PS. I'm from Ashland OR which was world famous for it's 'Lithia Water', and was sold world wide for it's health benefits. I loved it. After hiking all morning or playing in the park we'd go and drink our fill. Great stuff. Now those fountains don't work. > Many blessings, > Misha > > > I suggest you drink lots of water (more than 8 glasses a day) and stay away from carbonated drinks. >

Guest guest
Really don't think so: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phenol I have heard from some sources about the carbon/bubbles being an issue though.... Cayce may have said something about it - not sure of the source. ~Misha Co2 and water = Carbolic acid. `nuff said? rusty
Guest guest
Hello all, Thank you for all the helpful responses. Thank you as well. Mr. la tourrette. I've not experienced any pain or blood, thankfully. It was simply a concern I had. There's no history of the disease in my family, as fas as i know. I also appreciate the nutrition advice greatly. I've never been a fan of carbonated beverages per say, however, I do enjoy a nice glass of ginger ale from time to time:) The reminder to drink water is appreciated, as there are days when i seem to " forget " Thank you for the neurolypmphatic massage advice as well. That reminds me: a few weeks back, while i was on holiday in New York City, i noticed that i appeared to have several neurolympahtic points that were clogged or filled with wastes: 1) On the left side of my body in the area between my armpit and my ribs, i believe the spleen meridian. 2) The gallbladder points were painful as well.( the points on my chest, directly to the right of my sternum) 3) My liver points appeared to be in pain. On all the sets of neurolymphatic points, i massaged them constantly throughout the day and in about 1 or 2 days, the pain diminished and then disappeared completely. I had no idea as to what might have caused this, so i had to sit down and think about all the dietary indiscretions that could have contributed. Nothing really slapped me in the head. I happen to be particular of the ones located at the point where the arms are connected to the trunk of the body, the central meridian neurolymphatic points i believe. Donna Eden mentions their ability to influence(activate?) all of the neurolympathics in the body. On a interesting side note, i have experienced discomfort in the area of the k27's after a day of weighttraining, however, i was not too concerned because i wasn't sure if it was the meridian points themselves, or quite simply the muscles over the area because of the weights. The neurolymphatic points tell me alot, i find. I've learned that certain exercises appear to " clog " the neurolymphatics on the outer portion of my legs, the outer thigh ie Hindu Squats as termed by Matt furey. Another interesting side note: I've noticed that from time to time i get these strange back aches and upon doing some research, it appeared that they were because of a over charged large intestine meridian. I dug through the " energy medicine " and the " energy medicine for women " and found the points with which to sedate it. After some minutes of sitting there, holding those points, the area associated with the pain seemed to relax and melt, for lack of a better term. On two occassions i've used these points and on both occasions they were effective.
