A couple of us Natural listees are also on the Pause Naturally List, but I get more of the nuts and bolts of how things (hormones, bodies) work on the menopaus list...Joanie **************************** To to the Menopaus list - ---------- - ---- To ,send an email to: listserv. The subject line is not important but in the body of the note type: menopaus yourname Note: The name of the list is 'menopaus', the 'e' should be left off of the end when subscribing, sending commands to change your options, or posting to the list. After you send the command to the listserv, you'll receive an email from the listserv that requires your response. You need to reply to that email with the word 'ok'. That will verify your address.
