I am unable to find an email address to email you privately because none is listed. I am familiar with the product(s) you speak of given ownership of the 17oz Mug and the pad. The two products I have do change the taste of water and foods for the better- perhaps sweeter and without the chemical taste. I do feel the effects of the products and notice changes. I will admit to not using as much as I like to. However, it performs miracles in changing tap water making it more tasty to drink and not loaded with the chemical laden taste. I should begin to use it more often because it does work. Just unsure scientifically how much the water's energy/vibration level have been raised to. Thanks for reminding me about it. I have to use it more often. Just becareful not to drink to much charged water at one time- its like a massive energy hangover.
