I rub together the nei guan points (pericardium 6) on the inside of the forearms until warm. Also you can rub together the wai guan points (triple warmer 5), on the outside of the arm, they are opposite the nei guan. The nei guan are the target for the " Sea Band " product, personally I found them too painful to wear for any length of time. Your mileage may vary. Guest guest
If memory serves me correctly this would be - rub the point in between the tendons three finger widths down from the crease on the inside of your wrist. hope it helps - never tried it myself but it has worked for some of my clients- " eljwc " <eljwc Monday, May 23, 2005 11:08 AM Motion sickness technique? > Hi folks, > > I was wondering if there was a quick motion sickness technique in Energy > Medicine. Nausea usually means the stomach meridian is running backward. Back-flush it to clean it out and then energize it three times the right way. The quickie fix would be to tap the stomach point under the eye ... the little slit in the eye socket directly below the pupil. --Vince Rev. Guest guest
1. Hold the bottom corner of the big toenail (don't remember which, so I do both sides) and push up under the cheekbones at the same time. 2. Put middle finger in navel and push up on cheekbones. Good for all forms of nausea, including morning sickness, according to Donna. Sue www.coachdrgridley.com
