Guest guest
Since Doc got me back into Energy Medicine over the last five years or so, I've found TOO LITTLE energy is usually NOT the problem, but BLOCKED, STAGNANT, or EXCESS energy. The most common example is the top of your head, where energy naturally accumulates ... which is why we do the Crown Pull daily. --Vince > At 05:02 AM 5/25/2005, Paddy wrote: > >Harris's idea that resistance causes discomfort (or > distress). Or they know it for others but don't realize it applies to self. Guest guest
Hi Vince, Yep too much energy....I think that was the problem I had the day that I got the headache at the Portland EM seminar. At the Portland EM workshop I had extra time in the morning on the Second day so I did a longer than usual Qigong session and a slightly extended five minute routine. I am typically the " energizer bunny " all day with that. But then, by the time we went through all those drills at the workshop in the morning, plus being " confined " in the workshop room for a few hours, it took it's toll as a SUDS 9 headache on me. It ws my first EM workshop...didn't know what to expect. I'll know better next time. I didn't have the problem the day before because " luckily " I didn't have time to do my Qigong stuff before heading over to Portland. The crown pull did help some with the headache but I had so much energy that I had to do other drills in addition to that to rid myself of that headache. Taking a quick walk at lunch also seemed to help. Lori , " Rev.
