May I suggest all his books but if you can not get all of them at least by this book and Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices. I am living by them and feel great. My husband also has osteo and is need of a hip replacement. I am sorry we got such a slow start on lifestyle changes. I juice for him daily and we know eat almost all fruits and veggies and little meat.
