Guest guest
I've been continuing to practice scanning energy fields with my hands and other kinesthetic senses, and as I encounter differences in the energy field of those (humans and animals) who are physically in my presence (not distance cases), I noticed I am starting to " see " more detailed visual imagery of the energy as well. I think it might be because I am more aware now of subtle kinesthetic differences, so I am " seeing " what I overlooked before. Could say it's along the lines of how at one time I didn't see auras, but when I became aware of their existence I could see them from then on if I just looked. I also noticed that just as there are many kinds of " kinesthetic " , there are also different kinds of " visual " that are used as I scan someone in person.....regular eyesight, hakalau sight and, the visual imagery that pops into my mind as I scan with my hands. What's interesting is that when I do distance cases I am usually visual first and then a little later into the scan the feelings begin to hook up to the imagery. Could also be the way I was trained to use the internal viewing screen to " see " first, and then do the kinesthetic scan and hookup. I'm just learning to work with animals and am looking for a good reference for animal meridians, chakras, energy fields, etc. If anyone out there works with animals and knows of some good information to start with I'd be grateful. There is a LOT of information on the web and I can't decide were to begin. I was scanning horses and dogs a few days ago and noticed different things in the energy fields and thought it would be really useful to have something to refer to that covers their anatomy as well as their energy systems. Thanks, Lori

Hey, Lori, Check out a book called " Four paws, Five Directions " by Cheryl Schwartz, pub. Celestial Arts Publishing 1996. not only a complete overview of cat & dog health with a strong focus on acupuncture, but it has some excellent explanations of the workings of specific meridians (not that I'm any sort of an expert, but hey seem to make sense). Cheers, Jeff
