Orna, how is life now treating you over there?

Orly, a woman from Israel who has been on another with me

for several years just came to visit the San Francisco Bay Area

Thursday and to attend some programs with Byron Katie. Katie had been

in Israel earlier and had a program devoted to Israelis and Arabs

working together peacefully. If anyone can accomplish that, she is one

highly likely to succeed.

 

I had no idea that Katie was giving a program in San Rafael Thursday

evening when I drove over to meet Orly for lunch. I did attend Katie's

program and am glad I did.

 

Orly said the war is over. That is a relief.

 

I hope Orna can now breathe freely and easily.

Global politics

And my main

concern is

Iran and how the western world is

A slave to oil

 

I find out I became

Very smart analyzing

global

Politics just by

looking at facts

 

I don’t know

how come

But

After Docs

seminar and doing drills

I am smarter in

things I never understood before

 

So

Orna,

It is not just Western nations who are oil guzzlers. China is getting wealthier and people are buying more cars. Their smog requirements are much lower than ours so they get poor gas mileage and put out a lot of contaminants into the air.

 

Since taking Doc's seminars I, too, am more aware of when things are good for me and when they hurt me in some way. Then I experiment with ways that work in each situation to clear energy.

 

 

Yesterday I was on the freeway and feeling very unsettled in the traffic - and traffic was not all that bad. The drivers just felt aggressive to me.

 

I flicked my fingers a couple of times with the intention to clear energy I don't need, then zipped myself up 3 times. Was 3 times necessary? Damned if I know. What I do know is that I immediately felt more settled and quieter. My driving was better, too. That quietness lasted even when I went back on the freeway 2-3 hours later. It helped me go the speed limit, too. I need that.
