It's NOT the gunk that you put on the skin that clears up psoriasis!

It has to do with diet, thoughts and eliminations!

How many of you know my boy, Jack?

Well Jack used to have psoriasis...

....now it is all gone.

Inadequate eliminations through any of the channels creat an excess

of toxins or poisons that should have been removed from the body.

These toxins remain in the bloodstream or are deposited in the body

tissues, not as food but as " drosses " . The consciousness of the

assimilatory organs is hampered by such drosses, and the process of

regeneration fails, even if only to a minor degree, and this failure

is the beginning of disease.

One of the best ways to help eliminations is through exercise.

So, for Jack we bought him a treadmill. He uses that treadmill up

to an hour a day, every day. He does NOT walk on it, he runs on it.

And he sweats copiously.

His psoriasis disappeared.

Now, if you want to aid those eliminations with a cathartic, then

you can take an ounce of castor by mouth every evening. That will

also clear up the toxins that are coming out through the skin.

This is enough for you to start with.

Please do NOT rely on topical help for anything that starts in your

colon and liver.

Agree with doc. I find that diet is important and the oils in the diet esp.

I also know that with me, if I get into aspartame products, it makes the

symptoms worse, so read labels and really watch diet soda. That's just

one more reason to avoid aspartame--unless you want to kill ants or bugs

with it. ;)
