Guest guest
It's amazing to me how many people will review all the negatives when they do health cases, and literally refuse to do what they are taught to do. They are doing the REVERSE of what they were taught to do. Go to level. When at level, REVIEW a health case where you were successfull. Then, with that EMOTIONAL ENERGY ANCHORED, now do the new health case. Between EACH HEALTH CASE, do a mental review of when you were very successful before. Otherwise you'll run into the same situations that VM has run into. Good Luck.
Guest guest
Hi, I just love doing RVRI! Another thing that I found very useful, and is recommended in Doc's RVRI course, is to keep a JOURNAL when you are learning. Actually, I STILL keep a journal of my projects that I do at level. That, along with my digital recorder, is one of my most valuable tools. I turn on my voice activated recorder each time I do programming, work on projects, do cases, etc., at level. That's because it's important to speak out loud and record what you " see " or " feel " while at the level, and to don't forget to use your hands while working cases, then to transcribe it. There is an important reason for doing all of this, especially when you are learning. Anyone, want to guess what it is? You can buy a fairly decent digital recorder for under 30 dollars nowadays. Then I transcribe or write down the highlights from my recording in my journal. Anyway, when I was first learning how to do health cases, each time I did a health case I would record the information in my journal with as much detail as possible. That way I could go back and review all the cases I did that were successes and associate into what I did, what I saw, what I felt, when I did them successfully. And, even if I had an unsuccessful case, I'd make note of that too so I'd learn what I did that time too so I'd not do that next time. I was consistently getting hits " on target " 90 to 100% of the time. I also found that doing certain energy drills before remote viewing really helped with my consistency. It was Doc who told me what energy drills to do for that too, and they can be found in the archives :-) Lori healingenergies- essentialskills , " docspeed2001 " <docspeed2001 wrote: > > It's amazing to me how many people will review all the negatives when > they do health cases, and literally refuse to do what they are taught > to do. > > They are doing the REVERSE of what they were taught to do. > > Go to level. > When at level, REVIEW a health case where you were successfull. > > Then, with that EMOTIONAL ENERGY ANCHORED, now do the new health case. > > Between EACH HEALTH CASE, do a mental review of when you were very > successful before. > > Otherwise you'll run into the same situations that VM has run into. > > Good Luck. > >
