Guest guest
I was just thinking about what ways there are to possibly help speed up the process of helping the body to accept homolateral corrections and I recalled a technique in kinesiology where after a correction has been made, temporal tapping is used to tell the body 'this is the new program for this body, now and from now on'. I assume most people on the list are already aware of temporal tapping but I will include some info from a kinesiology manual - Professional Kinesiology Practitioner 1 authored by Bruce and Joan Dewe. >In 1972 Robert E. Ornstein Ph D. showed in his book "The Physiology of Consciousness", that the body filters out most of the incoming sensory signals its receptors are receiving. This saves us being aware of all the sounds, smells touch sensations, vibrations and sights that are going on around us all the times. Otherwise we would be bombarded with too much sensory information to our consciousness. Eg. we are aware of our underclothing when we first put it on. From that moment we tune out to that information and are not aware of it until we remove he article at night. Dr. George Goodheart, in 1975, found a way to turn off the filtering mechanism temporarily and increase body awareness to changes taking place in sensory information. Tapping on the TS line (tempero-sphenoidal line) is how we 'turn off the filters' to incoming information to the brain. We can do this by making tapping movements with the finger tips above the ear, from front to back. Applications: Affirmations are inserted more easily and effectively - say affirmation while tapping. TT while a correction is made will often cause it to occur faster.< Blessings, Kerri
