CCW as you pull outwards from the Vortex, like unscrewing a big

screw...

 

CW as you push into the Vortex, like screwing it a big screw...

 

....and, my intuition had me CCW pull out " only " , until it was

diminished enought to push in CW.

 

....which I continued until the Vortex seemed gone, and the Chakra

was energized.

 

Energy tests are great for secondary verification.

Donna taught Vortex Clearning in Phoenix last year. Stephanie

teaches it also on her cds. I'm sure many know about that Energy

Medicine skill.
