The positions felt unnatural, although that could be because I didn't practice. Every day you need to tune yourself up with the energy. It takes around 7 minutes. I never noticed a big difference and I found having to do the rituals everyday as well as certain rituals when doing healing cumbersome. The energy around Magnified Healing is lovely, especially if you ever have a chance to go to one of their group healings called Celebrations.. I have found that Machelle Small Wright's work and MAP the most helpful in self healing.
