Glad to hear you're working things out for yourself!

Congratulations. Just one more point to clarify. To my knowledge

there is no such condition as an " excess kidney " except

perhaps " damp heat brewing " in the kidney which presents as kidney

stones and really arises due to yin vacuity with vacuity heat

steaming and congealing fluids there. All other excess conditions of

the lower jiao are attributed to the bladder and the lower jiao in

particular, treated through the triple heater meridian/organ and

where I could find references to such?
