A while Rommel mentioned something in post on mind-mastery essential skills group about the seatbelt's diagonal orientation over the body. This strikes me as crossing the center line. I might even be better for all of us if we had seatbelts that made an X over our bodies. While I am driving all kinds of panic and anger states can occur. I can feel a cold energy around my spring of life points near the center of my feet, the beginnings of the kidney meridians - sometimes. A few days a go I even felt the heart-shaped radiant circuit flowing backward strongly. I can see things to do before and after driving now: 1. Cross-crawl and Wayne Cook posture. 2. Trace the Meridians in the proper order for the time of day. 3. Trace the heart-shape radiant circuit in the proper direction three times with a smile on my face and proper breaths.
