Looking for a solution for my GERD .

Hi Luis!

I have successfully treated GERD with acupuncture and herbal medicine. It

usually requires also a change in diet. It is hard to say whether or not you

can avoid surgery without a full assessment of your personal condition but

someone trained in Oriental Medicine should be able to do this for you. When

the valve is really bad the condition can be brought under control but may be

somewhat symptomatic at a lower level. Only an in person assessment can tell

anything. If you say where you are located maybe we/I can suggest a

practitioner.

Hope this helps!

GERD is the medical jargon for acid reflux disorder or severe heartburn which

is from acid in the stomach. The acid over a long period generally is the

reason the valve gets weak and can't close and allows for the constant upward

movement of stomach acid which inflames the esophagus.

Hi Luis,

I don't know of anyone in Puebla but I do know good people in Alberquerque

and Sante Fe and there is an excellent herbalist names Michael Moore who I

think might be closer to you but I will have to find a phone number.

Let me know if you can get to Alb. or SF?

Bobbi

How are you doing? Are you in a lot of pain and have you changed your diet??
