Questions about triple warmer and cfs

Hi everyone,

I joined this group a few weeks ago and have been learning tons from

all the posts, and was wondering if I could ask a couple of

questions..

My main goal for learning energy medicine at the moment is that I

have chronic fatigue syndrome and would like to heal it...

Donna says in her book that people with cfs have triple warmer on all

the time and are constantly exhausted, I also have adrenal fatigue

and assumed that fitted me and for some time sedated triple warmer

and strengthened spleen every day...

However I was wondering if I might actually fit the profile in her

book of someone with an underactive triple warmer which models itself

after their behavior and doesn't kick in to protect them -

psychologically this sounds more like me as I have never been great

at setting boundaries etc...

When checking the alarm points, my spleen points are pretty much

always tender and when I tried to check triple warmer I think I

accidentally strengthened it by poking and twisting it a bit much

because I felt quite different - stronger and more protected ...

however when this happened my spleen points hurt like hell hardly

needing touching! I have actually felt better since leaving tw and

spleen alone and concentrating on the homolateral correction and

daily energy routine...

Anyway what I wanted to ask was this:

Is it possible to have a weak tw and spleen and to have high anxiety

levels without an overactive tw?

Also if I did have an underactive tw are there ways to correct it

without weakening spleen or would it be better to leave it and

concentrate on other drills?

Thanks in advance for any replies! :)

Kate
