So what do you do to augument the training? Simple. Give them the energy balancing drills to do BEFORE they work out. Give them the energy balancing drills to do AFTER they work out. One thing you NEVER do is brainwash them into doing something that they DON'T WANT to do, which is to do belly dancing. Who has trained over 40,000 athletes in the past since 1960. I do admit that my training tactics have gotten much more focused after meeting the lovely Donna about 9 years ago. Now we are faster, stronger, more balanced and coordinated than ever before.
