Let me preface the description of my experience with:

I never ever fall asleep during ritual or meditation,

I rarely can take a nap during the day, and for the

past two nights I've slept reasonably well.

 

I was sending off tarot readings at about one when I

started preparing. So I laid down on the bed in my

healing room soon after 1 EST. I rubbed some Tiger

Balm into my left lower back. The muscle was stiff

after cleaning a friend's house. I shut the door to

keep the cats out, so of course they started rattling

the door and peeking underneath until I opened it.

When they settled down I began my grounding

meditation, reaching roots into the Earth, and

breathing in and out Love. Reaching toward the sky and

the cosmos to connect in the eternal circle of light,

life, and love. And just as I asked for the DNA repair

Shakti, my 'familiar' Sylvester jumped up on my chest

and began massaging my heart chakra. This was very

strange, tho' he does have a habit of appearing during

ritual just when I need him. We have a strong Base

Chakra connection from when I adopted him when he was

3 weeks old and green mucus was coming out his eyes.

He's 3 and a half now.

 

I kept the words, " I open myself to the DNA Repair

Shakti. I receive DNA Repair. " going on in my head. My

feet and legs began a soft tingling unlike anything

I've ever felt before. (I've felt the jagged tingling

of a pinched nerve, and the throbbing tingling of

numbness.) This was deeper and subtler than that. I

felt a quick sharp pain very deep in my right hip.

Sylvester immediately crawled under the blanket to

that hip and scratched at the sheet covering my hip

before settling down against it.

 

For the next several minutes the subtle deep buzzing

went on in various parts of my body, and I grimaced

repeatedly from the sensation. It was comforting and

irritating at the same time. I felt it in my neck.

After a while Sylvester abruptly jumped off the bed. I

rolled over on my side and then felt it in my calves

and then my hamstrings. I think I cried out when it

hit my hamstrings. I've mentioned the strongest

sensations. I kept concentrating for a while because

it didn’t feel 'done', tho' the sensations were barely

noticeable.

 

Then I did feel it was done and I began moving and

stretching, thanking the devas I'd invited to surround

me with sacred protection and golden white healing

light. I noticed heat on my face that had been down on

the pillow and realized I must have fallen asleep. It

was 2 o'clock.

 

So something very deep has occurred. Deep and strong

enough to knock me out in the middle of the day. Now,

a few hours later, I feel a cleansing crisis. I’m achy

all over - which isn't rare as I have fibromyalgia or

Chronic Pain Syndrome. The best thing I think would

have been to drink lots of fluids and spend the rest

of the day in bed. But I don’t have that option. I'll

have to be conscious to take it slow and easy the next

few days. The greatest sensations occurred in my feet

for a long time. I have heel spurs so I'm hoping this

helps correct them.
