They exercise with repetition and mass to tear down the... > Perhaps I was not clear. You can't modify the weight training > exercises, Hi Sue, Yep. My point exactly. " I " can no longer do some of what my younger athletes MUST DO. I'm 63. They are full of hormones and snapping at the bit. Different rules for them and me. And the " all inclusive " statement you said above, ( " Much of weight training is homolateral so you need to modify it, too " ), was detrimental and NOT true or accurate to those that do want weight training and all of it's very powerful benifits, even with an older person. In fact studies have shown that even 90 year olds benifit from weight training when done properly with their age considerations taken into account. I mean there are proper exercises to do to turn any pot belly, on men or women, into a flat shape within two weeks. That drill firms up those lower muscles quickly and easily so that women problems (an men problems) are quickly solved. So, INCLUDE the weight training, as I said, and INCLUDE the energy drills before and after. And INCLUDE proper exercise so that they are firmed up and conditioned in a manner that is good for them. Then you have a winning combination. Thank you Sue for clarifying.
