Your message was a God-sent reply to my query. I want to get a few

more details, but I do not want to trouble the egroup for it.

Could you kindly let me know your email contact address? My email

address is mekatumani.

Thanks and regards,

Hello

I would like to suggest a book called The Rosedale Diet......(I Know no one wants to hear about Another diet..) but this Plan has a Lot of new information and is really making a Big difference in my significant other's diabetic recovery!

The book instructs on the significant role too much Lipton has in one's system. Seems Liptin, a master hormone, controls insulin and host of other factors. Dr. Rosedale tells one how to "become a fat burner instead of a sugar burner." It's easy, you are never hungry, you eat sensibly as much and whenever you want of the "A" list ( and you will be very surprised what is on the "A" list) . It takes about 3 weeks to turn yourself around and the weight comes off Very easily.(mine has!) The diet helps to positively turn around many of the physical challenges many of us seem to be working on. You can get it on Amazon and maybe Vince can add it to the Huna store if it is well received. It's really worth your while to check it out!

Love

Katherine

I have Donna Eden's book. I again read the pages relating to Triple warmer. Perhaps the following among the exercises she recommends may be useful:1) Three thumps, cross crawl,Wayne cok, crown pull, neurolymphatis and zip up.2) holding TW neurovascular points3) massage the neurolymphatic points4) Balance the chakras5) Sedate kidney and stomach meridians.I don't knowwhether I am right.
