Guest guest
Several energy work systems use hooking up two points. As we use our two hands for energy work, it's practical to get various sorts of flows and balances between points. I did an in house two month chi-kung retreat last year, and found that after about a half hour focus on successive chakras, starting with below the perinium, and bringing energy up from earth, it then became possible to feel strong energy in more than one chakra at a time. I was not able to just jump straight into feeling a strong glow in more than one area without this preparation, although usually I can at any time place attention in a chakra to get at least a bit of glow there. This two months was a great investment. When things get too intense, I back off, but lately I'm feeling inspired to go further. Today, for instance, I've discovered or rediscovered that it is possible to create a good strong burn in a chakra. Or a vacuum. Or alternation. As on some days I do energy meditations throughout the day and as I work, my guess is with a boost of a few hours of focused dailiy practice it may be possible to get a strong fire in at least two chakras, while doing daily tasks. I suppose that much more than merely two chakras should also be accessible, over time, and with the work. Each energy teacher I've met was an inspiration. Donna is a hoot. And each seems to have come up with some new twist. In my own practice I've found that making discoveries comes naturally, and what is found isn't just imagination. I suppose in sharing our discoveries we can get a better picture of what is useful, and clearer pictures of what is shareable.
