Know what element they are, so you can understand what things motivate them, both positive and negative, Vicki Matthews reviewed this in Miami.. For instance, Wood folks have a particuler Recipe of Yin/Yang cycles. Because of this duality, Woods will have a passive or active aspect. A Wood when passive and out of balance can feel emotionally frustrated, anger and Rage. and when they seeks Assertiveness, that can balance them. Knowing that a Wood personality type can be a Warrior, Pioneer or Commander can benefit you greatly in the approach they need to be convinced. Why? Because woods love growth and expansion and have a fierce freedom with a cause and a truth. If you have a product or service, that appeals to their abilities of Strength, Power, and sense of accomplishment, then you are more likely to get them flowing and going in a particular direction more easily. Woods can also have a lack of sensitivity to others and the Paradox is that woods can often go in dozens of directions at once, yet can feel trapped and confined. and they love to compete but hates to lose. and Leaders greatest fear is being out of control. So If you have a product or service or homework for them...Make sure it helps release their inner pressure so they don't feel the need to explode and blow up and they can help others by giving them some slack if they do things differently or have a different truth.. But thats not all, Folks! There are also 25 Master Keys to How the different elements relate to one another. Here is just one of them. So if you are a Fire...One Method would have better results than if you are an Earth. For instance, When wood elements and Fire Elements relate, Woods will make things happen, and Fires will revel in it, adding joy and sparkle to the dance. Fire elements feel very supported by Woods and Woods feel glorified by the fire. and can enjoy themselves. BUT...if they wood is out of balance and in excess, Fire will feel the over-abundance of fuel and burn out of control. This will create panic for the Fire and will drive Wood Crazy. If the Wood is deficient, the lack of fuel will cause the joy of Fire to dwindle and even go out, leaving Wood frustrated. If Fire is in excess, Wood will just fire poorly forbeing too wrapped up in the moment and too focused on fun. Wood will get frustrated, possibly moving into excess, themselves. If Fire is deficient, Wood will feel very frustrated by the lack of progress, if Fire is low, and likely to move into anger. Out of balance, Woods structure can either over-confine Fire or deprive Fire of balance and stability, while out of balance Fire's playfulness will either be too much for Wood or deprive Wood of joy. But Im sure, this or the other 24 Master Keys has nothing to do, with Convincer Strategies, or how to relate to your clients, or your family or how to Make Money. or Improve Your Mind, or have an Outrageous Sex Life, or Heal folks or Kill your Competion, So Im sure you couldn't possibly want to know even more...because this is all just Elementrary, My Dear Watson! 24. Know Thyself! The best evidence that some skill, product or service really works...starts with yourself. The more Confident you are with yourself. the better your state and your skills are and your radient energies kick in, your meridians flow, Your chakras spin, Your Celtic Weaved, so that your client's conscious and unconscious picks up and convinces themselves to take action to get where they are going quicker. 25. To Obtain some form of Gain ..Something must be lost...that is the Law of Equivalent Exchange. To Sell Burial Insurance, they must see the hearse parked in their Driveway and feel the Cold Breath of The Grim Reaper chill the back of their neck- Cavett Robert . In other words, See a need, and then fill it. Or better yet, Create a Unique but Ancient need, and then the Marketing will create the Market. 26. Are YOU a Slave too? If you haven't mastered the Art of Time, You Don't Know Jack! All good things come to those who wait, for their marketiing to fill a need. You could spend 1 hour to sell 1 person a " why " or a " how " or you could spend 1 hr to sell 1,000 folks. But those 1,000 folks have to qualify themselves, by passing tests, and Get them involved, The more involved they are with the process, the more time they spend, then the more Time Sells your service, product. 27. Want to drive an English Teacher CRAZY? Great NLP, Great Marketing, Great Hypnosis, Great Convincing, often Violates the Laws of Nature and sometimes, the Laws of Grammar. But whats Really important to you??? Getting in favor with someone that only makes $40,000 a year to give you an A+ OR Finding a Unique way to be BOLD enough so you can gain favor with folks unconscious minds, so you can make $40,000 a month??? .. 28. Create Curiosity, Excitement, Fear, Relaxation, Comfort, Humor, Astonishment, Confusion and Deliver Clarity, Bulk, Satisfaction Guaranteed, Homework, and a Variety of Choices for being at " cause " 29. Simplicity is Elegance. Billion Dollar Deals have been Won with this often over-looked Yet Ultra Powerful Weapon of Mass Profit from your Arsenal. Anytime, you speak, and are nervous, what happens? Could it be, that your state is transmitted throughout your body, mind and speech, and you start to feel the blood pumping heavier and heavier through your heart, through your arteries, into your arms, down your legs, through your lungs, up your spine, through your brain and to your mouth.. Folks Love things that are different, that cause them to think and imagine. Zig Ziglar suggests telling a story every 9 minutes of a presentation. In a way, it too, is a space to allow folks to digest everything....and you can still feed them, during their breaks, fast. I think its call syncopation. How boring a song would be, if it only maintained a single beat with no back up or change in the rate, tone, timing, special effects, back up drums, guitar, vocals, piano..etc...Spice Your Speech Up by telling relevant personal stories of successes, struggles you or friends or clients had to overcome, in such a way, that you are actually delivering 9 different messages within one thoughtful and short conversation. 33. On top of Knowing Thyself, Know Your Customer. Read what they read, Go where they go, Know their fears, Hates, Desires, and Beliefs. I really was at a loss, until you provoked me again. I guess I often under-estimate myself and what I've learned over the years. I taught an energy medicine study group, but I taught in a way, I NEVER Did before. In the past, I would read, I would study...I would work hard to really know what I was teaching. I guess its that damn perfectionist " dis-ease " still in my system! I was in South Beach, Miami for a while. and low and behold, I lost BOTH my cell phones, with all my contact phone numbers, loss of access to customers, etc.. When I reported them lost, they also Screwed up and turned off my service, so customers, friends and family got a message saying " This person is not accepting phone calls now " I was pissed off at their incompetance and my lack of awareness, at the time. and when I got back to Houston, I was busy hunting around for an after market ATT cell phone...because I wasn't going to be blackmailed by Cingular who bought ATT out. So I got that fixed, lost some business, but oh well...and then I realize tomorrow was the study group and I hadn't prepared Anything. No handouts. I Really wanted to teach some of the Energy stuff I just learned in Miami. But my higher self....said it was too powerful for beginners. So I picked another group of topics...but that too...just didn't feel right....then I went to bed and when I woke Up...I had my answer and a good feeling to... So I taught folks all about the Alarm Points and the 5 different ways to fix them. I showed them with several demos..and then they broke up into small groups and tested thier own Alarm points..and used all 5 ways to fix themselves. During the half time break...A couple of folks came up to me, Begging me to heal them. One had a pain that Doctors test couldn't fix, for years and the other one had some other muscle pain. I gave them 3 ways to fix themselves, and to read the Pain Chapter and fix themselves, as my schedule was already booked for 3 weeks. and if there was time in class later, I would bring them up and " we'll have some fun " So there was 5 minutes left...and I brought both of them up..and I taught some of the pain relief techniques and I also read a couple of the Recipes for some of the other Relief Techniques. I didn't want to miss any steps! and within 2 minutes, Both had pain levels of 8 or Higher..and now they were down to 2 and ZERO. Needless to say, I reluctantly Thank You. I did learn to Master My Healing skills by teaching them to others. I did learn to recall the Alarm Points and the 5 Fixes...more easily...and the students taught me a few things they picked up elsewhere too. One area I need help on is Organization. Organizing my Time better, so I can work 28 hours a day, effectively..without forgetting something....Organizing my office in a way that is energy- feng shui friendly.....and there a few other areas I need to organize better. I travel alot, so something I can take with me Everywhere..would probably be better. Do you have any Convincing Suggestions on Ways a Water Element can stay focused long enough to stay organized??? And Yes...I've already spent thousands buying Daytimers, Planners, and programs....but I lack the discipline or something else that they just don't work for me.
