Guest guest Posted July 29, 2005 Report Share Posted July 29, 2005 Chris, After reading what you presented below, I realized that exercises 2, 3, 4 of the Fundamentals of Mental Fitness Mastery (see archives for written version) will do exactly the same thing that Steve is doing with his EMI process. It would require recalling the event needing to be discreated (probelm) and doing exercises 2 and 3. Exercise 4 is designed to help balance out VAK and place them in their most useful places.
