Hi Lori, Sounds like a really great seminar. Were there specific recommendations for incorporating figure 8's into routines? Is it a matter of just doing more figure 8's/Celtic Weaves, or are there more techniques/guidelines for this? Elroy

In addition she just had us make a lot of figure 8's, big and small, in our energy fields with our hands and with the movement of our bodies. Moving up and down the front sides and in back of you as far as you can reach. If you can get someone else to do figure 8's in your aura that works great too, especially of you can't reach your back or have limited movement. She also had her daughter demonstrate using " poi balls " which are great for creating figure 8's very quickly and thoroughly in the energy field. If you haven't seen them they are hard to describe. They are basically soft balls on strings that you twirl in your energy field. I've decided to get some. Hope this helps. Lori > > Hi Lori, > > Sounds like a really great seminar. Hi Lori, Elroy, I really do suggest that both front and back Regulator Flows are done AFTER hooking up the 8's, just so those 8's are superglued into your energy fields. Guest guest
Thanks for reminding me...forgot to mention I've been including all those strange flows drills we learned too... And I was surprised that I needed to do the belt flow drills since I'm thin. But surprise, I tested weak on it! I think it's because I have a job where I sit a lot. So I do that one every break. This may seem like a lot of drills to do on top of the daily routine and the others mentioned, but if you take mini-breaks during the day you can get them all in by the time the day is over. It adds up to only a few extra minutes a day. I used to just get up and stretch periodically during the day at work, now instead I do energy drills...and since some of those have stretching involved, I get two birds with one stone. Sometimes I'll repeat the ones I feel I need more of. Varies from day to day.
