For some reason, your post has been playing on my mind all day and tonight I was reading my crystal book and came accross a crystal that I think might help him. Rutilated Quartz. Guest guest Posted January 28, 2003 Report Share Posted January 28, 2003 Dear Fea & Samstress (from a previous mail) Thank you for replies, I've been a bit pre-occupied and haven't had chance to get on the computer. The shock of the accident is causing more concern at present than Richard's knee. He is dwelling on it, getting very tense, not sleeping, and when he is nightmares, & he can't concentrate on anything. He has been given exercises by a physio, which when he 'calms down' he can complete and improve his knee. Its just getting him to calm down first. Just a thought would an elixir be of help, I could get him to drink it without any problems. What gem would be helpful for an elixir? I would try some Amethyst, Moonstone and Pink Chalcedony in an elixir to provide calming. Thses would work well together in an elixir, and they're not toxic As to the no sleeping and having bad dreams, put a Snowflake Obsidian in each corner of the bedroom, and by the bed, some Amethyst, Manganocalcite, Flint and Howlite. Angelite and Malachite might be a good selection also. Don't use Malachite in an elixir! It is copper based and contains arsenic. Guest guest Posted February 4, 2003 Report Share Posted February 4, 2003 Thanks - will try the elixir 'recipe' you suggested, unfortunately his mental state has deteriated to the point that he has been hopitalised so even when I visit I can't get into his bedroom. I would like to ask for prayers of healing for Richard from anyone who feels moved to do this. For anyone who also belongs to the Companion Angel group I have posted an account ofhow the angels have helped me in their own way so far in this.
