Berry, For one thing, make sure she tells her physician. This can be a symptom of a health issue, i.e., as simple as sinus to a major concern of sleep apnea. My husband was so bad at it that I could not sleep with him anymore. And still could hear him with two doors between us and a fan on high to help cover it. He had a sleep study done which was normal but was placed on sinus medicine. He hardly ever snores anymore. He has a " bull neck " so it made the condition worse. One thing that helped my brother was to have a soft ball between his chin and neck to keep the airway open better. People that sleep with a pillow too thick also cause a blockage which will result in the same thing. So along with sending her healing energy. I too suggest that she have it checked out. I would suggest a sleep clinic for her to make sure she is getting enough oxygen when she sleeps. blue lace agate helps open the throat. I have told her that she has to go to the Doctors about it, but she has just had to had loads of tests done with the doctors and the hospital for a problem she has, but fortunately she is fine!!!! SO I think she is reluctant to see the doctors again so soon, as she is sick of the sight of them, and she has been through such a worrying time!
