Daydreaming from the point of view of your Ideals is excellent.

But only if you 'do' something.

As EC said, " Don't be good, but be GOOD FOR SOMETHING! "

John La Tourrette, PhD

PS. On my " Psychic ESP CD Series " I 'daydreamed' 68 ways to advertise

the product, so it would help a lot of people take more responsibility

for their own actions (present), past actions, and their future actions.

I don't call it 'daydreaming' because that means 'wasting time' to me.

I do call it 'Action Meditation' because to me that means

getting 'stuff' done! Even when I do a distant healing I go into theta,

access the source of energy and then take direct action going towards

the norminalization that is desired. That takes into consideration

theta and gamma bridges of controlled awareness.
