EM readings part 3

 

Many people know what to do to be healthy and vibrant and jump their

preffered partner ;without worry of any kind of dysfunction...

 

It is real easy.

 

Are you willing to do it?

 

For people that are really, really sick, as Donna Eden was, the answer

is to go to a place where " civilizations " structures don't get in the

way of her health.

 

Live in the " wild " ,

 

swim daily,

 

eat non processed food, maybe grow it yourself,

 

breath un polluted air,

 

live at a slow pace

 

consume lots of vit. C,

 

etc.

 

Many are not willing to give their body a rest like that.

 

So what is the compromise? Is there a way to keep our hecktic lifestyles

that grind our " energy " -body structures into pulp?

 

well, yeah...

 

When you start by healing yourself, Donna claims there is something that

you discover which no one can teach you...

 

and what would that be for you?

 

Well, you have the opportunity to learn that doing some simple steps.

 

As I read the posts, I notice that many problems that we ask for help,

are rooted in this grinding of civilization.

 

That is what the 5 min. energy routine is for. It's like brushing your

teeth.

 

Do it daily, or loose what you're cleaning.

 

So if you do the drills in the book, you'll notice the basis is

reprogramming stress. And To verify that it's working, you should master

the Energy test (Etest).

 

The biggests questions asked here can be handled mainly by DOING the 5

min. daily routine.

 

Then the fine tuning and other techniques can be used with great

results, since your body is being conditioned to be affected by the

energy techniques.

 

More accurately, your awareness is picking up small amounts of change

that the techniques do every day.

 

There is a small drill in the introduction of EM book. It's just to

smile more often. And notice the differecnce on how you feel every time

you smile.. even to no one.

 

Bandler has a similar drill... it is to laugh out loud for no reason..

just to stimulate endorphins... you'll feel like a million bucks

afterward... you can do it while driving.. people think you're crazy

anyway if you're on this list, so you;ve got nothing to loose!

 

Also, it's another way to boost your Joy circuits.

 

Smile,

 

Laugh,

 

notice the difference,

 

notice the feelings, the sights, the sounds...

 

expand that feeling...

 

anchor it if you know how...

 

make someone else laugh and smile...

 

anchor it on them!

 

Fire it off and strengthen it often..

 

for some reason... people will start smiling and enjoying your presence...

 

Or not...
