Why don't you make up a bunch of those sports bottles early in the

day with ice and kinda carry em around with the handle things.

Watch fenugreek if you have seasonal allergies. A cousin had trouble with

this.

Now that is interesting, seeing as fenugeek is an ingredient in a formula I

use to help my seasonal allergies! Perhaps your cousin just happened to be

allergic to fenugreek?

Hello Attilio,

While I have little interest in taking over the management of the

groups I would like to tell you and the list members about a new site we

have setup - http://www.discuss-acupuncture.com/ . This is a new site

branched off of our Yin Yang House .com site which is devoted to

communication - basically just a big forum. It is loosely to

non-moderated and while you can get a membership it is essentially

public. I see some great benefits having a more public forum as many

more people can benefit from reading these discussions, additionally,

when people's information and reputations as practitioners are open it

tends to cut down on unproductive communication.

Anyhow, I'll leave it up to you to do as you please with this

information, just wanted to let you know of a possible option.

Cheers,

Chad J. Dupuis, L.Ac.

TONGUE & PULSE people...theory

is great but don't forget the basics!!

Lon: Well, reducing CM to thermodynamics neatly cuts out all that's

interesting and potentially relevant or usefull but, yes, check the tongue and

pulse

and if there's cold treat for cold.
