Guest guest
Hi Johan! This is the short and sweet answer. Use EFT while getting Donna Eden's book " energy Medicine " . There start with the 5 min. energy routine, which is best done at shower/brushing teeth time, so you always have time to do it and not skip it. Then in the book there is a technique called " pain chasing " in the energy techniques for pain chapter (p. 281). You can also use " zone tapping " in page 290 and 291 in figure 45. Your pain travels from zone 1 in the front to zone 6 in the back. So do the following: - Notice from 1 to 10 how much and where does it hurt. - Notice your wrist on the little finger side. Just below the wrist is the ulna bone. You will do the following on the top and bottom of the tip of the ulna where it joins the wrist.(palm side and back of the hand side): - then tap one point 10 times - stop for 10 seconds... - then tap for 90 seconds. - notice the difference. Do the other. - notice the difference. If you do this and you feel better, now tell us here about that. When you do it and notice the difference we can give you more if needed. Enjoy! Juan M. Guest guest
Thanks for the valuable advice Juan. I will definitely look into it. BTW, I have Donna's book, but have not used it much yet. It's amazing how we sometimes (actually, always) have ALL the tools we need, but simply choose to overlook them Thanks again. Sincerely Johan - Juan M. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. We have connective tissue that interconnects all parts of the body. The connective tissue was traumatized. And the direct links to the bruised area are also feeling the original injury. Normal. Use a DMSO massage to take out the free radical damage on the cellular level. It will be healed almost immediately.

Just want to make sure: Is DMSO Dimethyl Sulfoxide? That's what I found when doing a Google search. Thanks Johan
