> Hi Doc. Thanks for the reply. Just want to make sure: Is DMSO

Dimethyl Sulfoxide? That's what I found when doing a Google search.

Yes.

And you realize that it's for your horse, or dog, or cat, blab, blab,

blab, since it's not approved for humans?

If you don't want the "garlic' effect of DMSO you can get similar benefits form MSM. An MSM creme applied topicly will draw the toxins out.

DMSO can also carry toxins INTO the body throught he skin while MSM does not.

And MSM is now approved for humans but was for many years, like DMSO, labled for Verrinary use only. However, you can get "human grade" DMSO by prescription.

FYI, neither DMSO or MSM works for cats, but dogs, horses and humans all benefit.

Thanks. I saw that it's a veterinary thing - but I've done some research and DEFINITELY trust your advice too. I'll see if I can get hold of some.

Sincerely

(Who ever is interested, please reply PRIVATELY TO WCP.

Sincerely, )

I am very impressed with the level of discussion in

this group. I was wondering if some of you could help

me. I am looking to meet people involved in crystal

work and healing in the Southern California Area. Can

you help?

Best regards,

wcp

I've found some health food stores sell it as a

solvent ... as long as they keep it away from the skin

care, etc.

Hi Vince,

There's a health food store that sells DMSO as a solvent here.

It's 99.9% pure, which is, I believe, almost pharmaceutical

quality.

I bought some and my, er, " horse " HAD a pain in the knuckle of

my, umm, " horses " index finger. Persistent, annoying, the

kind that comes and goes. I couldn't make it go away with

EFT nor Silva.

So I finally, after a couple of days of just dammit all

putting up with it, rubbed some " Horse Liniment " on my, er,

" horses " knuckle.

And the pain went away.

And hasn't come back.

Kool stuff, huh?

Now DMSO was made unavailable for humans in (WHEN was it?)

the early 60's(?).

The Medical/Industrial Complex worked to find any reason

to make this cheap, effective, substance that works on

arthritis pain, and generally works to heal on a whole lot

of levels:

http://www.viable-herbal.com/herbdesc1/1dmso.htm

....and couldn't. Until...

-finally there was an obscure study that showed that there

might be a slight chance that maybe under extreme conditions

that DMSO could possibly cause eye damage in mice. Maybe...

It wasn't really a good study. Not double blind. Nor peer

reviewed.

But...

The Medical/Industrial Complex jumped all over DMSO and made it

illegal. Now why would they do that?

Especially when you think of drugs like Vioxx that has been

proven to be responsible for the deaths of thousands and

thousands of people, was taken off the market, and has

just been RE-APPROVED for sale.

To humans.

All the best,

-Mark
